Shipping & returns

Turnaround

Every piece is made to order. After you approve your proof, most orders are made and shipped within 10–14 business days. Larger signage and bulk favor orders may take a little longer — we'll give you a firm date with your proof. Have a hard wedding date? Tell us in the notes or request a quote and we'll confirm timing before you order.

Shipping

Orders ship carefully packed with tracking. Shipping is calculated after proof approval based on the finished piece and destination.

Returns on personalized goods

Because each piece is personalized and made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. What we absolutely stand behind: if a piece arrives damaged, or doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll remake or refund it — just reply to your confirmation email within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
