Do I see a proof before anything is made?
Yes — every order includes a design proof for your approval. Nothing is produced until you say it looks right.
How does personalization work?
You set your names, date, and script in the live preview on each product page. Those choices travel with your order and appear on your confirmation.
What are pieces made from?
We describe every piece by its material and finish — glass, bamboo, acacia, birch, hardwood, slate, cork, acrylic, leather, or card stock. It is listed on each product page.
Can you do bulk or fully custom work?
Yes. Use Request a Quote with your idea, quantity, and date and we will reply personally, usually within one business day.
How do store-credit vouchers work?
A voucher applies as store credit only, up to the lesser of its remaining balance or your order subtotal. It is never paid back as cash and never goes negative.
